We are pleased to announce that we are now offering telehealth appointments, which allows you and your provider to have an appointment using video. This interactive web portal will allow you and your family a secure way to easily access telehealth visits, manage your health information and online communication with your provider. 

 

Patient Portal gives patients instant access to their health information, including laboratory and radiology results, medications, allergies, demographic information, visit history, discharge/aftercare information, and more. In addition to handling your own care, parents and health care proxies with authorized consent will appreciate the ability to access the records of those individuals for whom they manage care.

Now, you can access and manage your medical information on your Smartphone. With the Healow app, your Patient Portal account, and the accounts of your family, are accessible at the swipe of a finger. Medication and appointment reminders, lab results, immunizations; all your important medical information in an easy to use, convenient app for your smartphone.
